You broke it. Won't login after last update & wants me to download new app, so I do, that doesn't login either. I put money in via the website, but why have an app if it's not going to work?
Terrible app Force closes every time. Nothing seems to work. I was hoping since I switched electric company's that it would be better. So far NOPE!!!
New update doesn't work Ever since they updated the app, I can't log into my account. Says log in failed every time. I never had any problems before and it was a great app.
Used to work great... Now, i can log in but it won't accept my cc. It won't show daily values and my login on the website doesn't work. It shows negative numbers in parentheses instead of either a negative sign or in red.
I used to have problems login into my account, but its been a while I don't anymore. It just makes paying the bill so easy. Thanks for fixing it. I love it!
Still not working on Galaxy S7 as of June 1 update About to uninstall. Direct Energy seems uninterested in fixing this. Had to pay by phone 2 months now. When I login on the app, it shows wrong amount due. App has not updated amount due since May 23. App refused a perfectly good credit card twice. The same card was readily accepted paying by phone. Really disappointed. The app used to work great, but is now useless. Don't you people test your app updates before going live?
