Great lessons! You will need to know how to modify if you are a beginner. I love that the lessons incorporate brain games, nerve flossing, and vestibular exercises for a true full body workout. It is easy to navigate and select what you want to work on of you don't want to do the daily suggestion.

Can't express how much I love this app and especially Adell! Have always struggled with motivation to do things for myself but Moving with Adell is a total game change. Practises are grouped into - daily, time you have, how you want to feel, live classes, master classes.. Honestly the list goes on! This is all great but the best bit is Adell herself.. I love her knowledge and outlook, I truly look forward to practise everyday, which is something I've not been about to achieve until now! 🙏X

Adell connects old yogi practises with modern movement science. The videos and explanations are great, easy to follow as well as challenging in interesting ways. The app is well organized, simple and has a lot to offer. Highly recommend.
