The application is almost unusable. Every time I open it I have been locked out and I have to go through the process of adding a new PIN that cannot be the same as the last one. Multiple times the search button or confirm buttons are greyed out even though everything has been filled out. I have tried three times to book online appointments that then I'll be done via the app, but never work, and I end up doing it over the phone. I prefer to use the site or call directly.

Despite being a paying client the app couldn't find my information, and they didn't provide proper help. I would like to receive help in English, but no such thing was offered.

The app does not work very often. I have issues logging in frequently and have to use the website.
