New interface is horrible. It is difficult to use and navigate. Package offers always popup when changing the channel to non subscription tv channel.

lagging, slow, sounds from previous chanel still on, frozen, and crash. and yes they still promote new chanel while the application itself not working properly. this is number one carrier in Thailand . WOW!

Updated July 2025: Finally allowed for successful login for AIS FIBRE customers, fot the first time ever in v 3.0. really nice and snappy UI. well done!
