Ratings and reviews

Absurd. I activated a pump via this app, and my card was deducted, but no fuel was dispensed. The pump did not respond. I checked with the station attendant and he said nothing appeared on his system, but the pump was unlocked via the app and I was charged. I can't even submit my complaint in app. There's the "Report Issue" button and it redirects you to the page but forget about writing for help cuz you can't even submit it. Always backend sync problem why can't be like Setel huh

There is an inconsistency with the 'full tank' option when using Budi95. Most of the time it fails, causing my subsidy to be stuck in a floating state (similar to when you pay with a debit card). I’ve only managed to get it to work 2–3 times, after that, I couldn’t refuel using a pre-determined amount through the app. I had to use TnG instead.

Actually the app is user friendly and easy to use, downgraded my review because I noticed that the confirm payment screen will automatically disappear when I pumping the fuel, and the payment is go through without my confirmation, not able to redeem the reward points. Will revise my review once this is resolve.
