Ratings and reviews

Absurd. I activated a pump via this app, and my card was deducted, but no fuel was dispensed. The pump did not respond. I checked with the station attendant and he said nothing appeared on his system, but the pump was unlocked via the app and I was charged. I can't even submit my complaint in app. There's the "Report Issue" button and it redirects you to the page but forget about writing for help cuz you can't even submit it. Always backend sync problem why can't be like Setel huh

Great job on CaltexGo! It's so convenient to avoid the long queues at the counter. Rated after third (3x) usage via App payment. Convenient as it is linked to TNG payment. I can also see that the app is continuously improving, which makes me believe it will keep getting better for users. Keep up the excellent work!

Actually the app is user friendly and easy to use, downgraded my review because I noticed that the confirm payment screen will automatically disappear when I pumping the fuel, and the payment is go through without my confirmation, not able to redeem the reward points. Will revise my review once this is resolve. Update: After the app updated, the bugs of payment screen disappeared automatically has resolved.
