This app deletes all my schedule info randomly, so I have to log out and log back in to see it again. Also, it says an update is available, but when I click on "update", it takes me to the app in the app store, and when I click "open", it takes me back to the same "update available" screen over and over, without ever actually installing the update.

Terrible functionality on your phone. We have constant issues with scheduling, and most employees in the restaurant industry don't have access to computers, which leads to persistent scheduling issues. Support is average at best. I seriously dislike having to take a video of everything I do to send it in to support to get an issue fixed on the back end. It takes about three days to fix any support ticket.

Everytime the app updates it tells me that my password has expired and to create a new one. I go to update my password and it asks for my old password and the new one. I enter my old password and put the updated password and click save. It always tells me that my old password is not correct. I am putting in the correct password. I need this app for work. For it to act up like this for days on end until it finally lets me access my account is unacceptable.
