For those who don't understand the app. If you're messenging someone, they'll show up in the top 5. If they just check your profile after you post something they'll show up in the top 5 or 6. If they frequently check your profile without liking or commenting they'll show up in the top 5. If you're seeing people showing up that really dont use facebook or barely use it your proximity to them is based on a facebook algorithm that has nothing to do with the app. The app just captures that info.

The people who i have been messaging off messenger most recently are at the top. A few hours later i logged in and up to 3rd on the list from somewhere way down was my mates old inactive Facebook account. He hasnt used that profile for over a year as he created a new profile. I checked it and last post was april 2019. So how can an inactive, unused account be at the 3rd. It obviously picks random names from your list of Facebook users. A terrible, mis-leading app. Dont bother downloading!!!

BEWARE PEOPLE: Any app or browser extension claiming to offer this functionality is likely a scam or security risk. Using them can lead to: Phishing: These apps often ask for your Facebook login credentials to "access" the data, which they then steal. Malware: Many are "virus-laden junk" that can infect your device or spam your friends. Data Harvesting: They may scrape your private information, including your physical address, and sell it to third parties. Don't be gullible or naive.
