Ratings and reviews

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

It keeps shutting off motion and human detection settings. People have come to my door and I have no camera footage because of this. I turn the settings on and they turn back off automatically. It won't let me save them on. Chat customer service says they automatically disable my settings to conserve the battery. I can recharge the battery everyday if I have to, stop disabling my settings! So frustrating!

clunky. Only records for a very short time, even while people are still moving in front of the camera. Also Doesn't turn on quick enough to catch someone walking by. Here is the best part, it's supposed to be free with ads, so you watch an ad before you can see the videos and camera view. But after a couple of months it stopped allowing me to view the videos or the camera without subscribing, even after watching ads. PS, I never saw any video that looked like HD or FHD. always low Definition
