Ratings and reviews

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

It keeps shutting off motion and human detection settings. People have come to my door and I have no camera footage because of this. I turn the settings on and they turn back off automatically. It won't let me save them on. Chat customer service says they automatically disable my settings to conserve the battery. I can recharge the battery everyday if I have to, stop disabling my settings! So frustrating!

Would not recommend! Like others have said, I bought this product because it didn't require a subscription, but now they've changed it so it's completely useless without. frequently disconnects from service and connection is so slow (regardless of where i am and how good the WiFi is) that most times when I get it to load up the doorbell the person ringing has already left. I feel I'm forced to pay the subscription until I get an alternative product, but feel it will be a compete waste of money.
