it was good until update 🤬 now when you click on the icon for your doorbell camera you get an ad that pops up trying to prompt you to get a 3-day trial for storage. there's an x below the pop-up ad but when you click the x pop-up ads disappears and then when you click on the icon again the freaking pop-up ad pops up 🤬 so as far as I can tell there's no way to get to the camera unless somebody rings the doorbell 🤬 can't find a customer support line and the email address I found doesn't work.

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

Changed names and suddenly the light won't turn on. help chat tells me it doesn't have that capability although I was using that capability for over a year! Now they say I have to download a new app to use the light feature again. I look up the app I was told and it doesn't even exist. Also the camera has started missing a lot of motion no matter the sensitivity setting and with all alerts on. I am not happy at all with the "new company" or any of the updates. Now the zoom feature is disabled.
