Ratings and reviews

Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

bought the device, logged it into my wifi, witch i pay for, logged it into the app on my cell phone, which I pay for. now I cannot even use basic functions on either of the expensive devices unless I pay 100 a year for cloud storage I don't want. I only care about live data. and maybe the option to record events as they happen. so because I don't have another 100 to invest, its a waste of time and money and energy. and I'm just going to drop these two useless devices into the trash.

I didn't want 2 spend hundreds of dollars 4 other systems when I wasn't even sure this is what I wanted, but I was pleasantly surprised! Super easy 2 put in any location, downloaded app, picked device, logged in and immediately could see. Very clear camera w/night vision, sound, two way speaker & microphone 2 communicate. I pay the yearly subscription which is less than what we pay going out 2 eat 1 night as a family so I'm good with it. Above and beyond what I thought $35 would get you!
