Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed. Pop Ups for apps I hate are frequent and seemingly unavoidable.

It keeps shutting off motion and human detection settings. People have come to my door and I have no camera footage because of this. I turn the settings on and they turn back off automatically. It won't let me save them on. Chat customer service says they automatically disable my settings to conserve the battery. I can recharge the battery everyday if I have to, stop disabling my settings! So frustrating!

AD EVEN IF YOU SUBSCRIBE!! BUYER BEWARE!! Now you're going to throw ads into my camera views when I'm looking through them and it doesn't even record because of this?? I pay for three subscriptions and you're going to play an ad when I go look into my camera???? You just lost a customer! Don't use this app if you actually want to look through your cameras without interruption. Find another! Horribly unsatisfied and done!!!
