Yearly subscription!!! My account has been charged for the yearly renewal subscription; however, the app is still not working until now. I have sent WhatsApp messages, made calls, and even sent emails, but unfortunately, I have received no reply. This lack of response is very disappointing and is causing me significant loss in my work and business. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Extremely Disappointed - Total Fraud! I performed a single transaction through DigiKhata POS a month ago, and the payment still hasn't been transferred to my account. I have tried contacting their helpline and WhatsApp support multiple times, but there is absolutely no response. This app is totally insecure and feels like a scam. I strongly request everyone to stay away from this app and not waste your hard-earned money or time. It’s a total fraud!

Terrible customer support and broken subscriptions. I have been a loyal Digikhata user for 4 years and recently paid for the Pro Yearly subscription on my Android. However, when I switched to an iPhone and logged into the exact same account, it downgraded me to the "Free" version. The worst part is the customer service. I have contacted their support team multiple times to fix this server sync issue, and they have completely ignored my messages. They took my money for a yearly subscription
