Always goes on update and there is que behind in fuel station so mostly I am leaving the station without tagging app

very slow servers/hosting.takes too much time in loading.there should be a qr code scanner on bill to redeem point anytime later

this is for the customer service agent on WhatsApp who is very poor at responding to customer this is the response I got ....! "Kindly noted that we cannot keep adding the points manually" if you don't know how to use words to respond to a customer, please don't have a "customer service"
