with regards to the currently running Predict & Win contest, the app did NOT pop with the question even though I fueled up 100dhs and scanned the same on my Emcan app. The attendant & fuel station manager couldn't help as it was a system glitch possibly. I tried to restart my phone but the same issue persists. I did lodge a complaint with the help center team, however no response as yet. I hope the issue is resolved soon prior to the end of the Fifa World Cup campaign. thank you.
