Digi Khata is an excellent app, among the best in its category. However, some minor issues need attention. In stock management, when we buy a product for a customer, we must first add it to stock, then create a separate transaction to transfer it. Though there’s an option to buy from a supplier and sell directly to a customer, it causes a problem—an extra, duplicate entry from customer to supplier is also recorded. Fixing this would greatly improve the app.

You guys are amazing and doing wonderful job. But still there are loopholes for improvements. Many times I've suggested via WhatsApp but no action has been taken. 1. For Billing, please add option to customize and save the theme instead of setting on every bill/invoice. 2. Invoice page size and font size on print is not as it should be, it prints with larger font size. 3. Add more professional invoices themes to have more attractive invoices to the customers with more detailed particulars.

I’m extremely disappointed with DigiKhata’s service. 😞 Trying to register my CNIC on the POS system for the first time, but it keeps showing the error “Your CNIC is already registered” – which makes no sense! Even more frustrating is the customer support. If you don’t answer calls or respond on the helpline, then what’s the point of having a helpline number at all? ☎️🚫 Please improve your system and customer service. A business app should solve problems, not create new ones for users.
