Ap­p­Close Solo is a unique and ex­clu­sive fea­ture only avail­able to Ap­p­Close users, al­low­ing you to send re­quests and events to non-con­nect­ed co-par­ents, third par­ties, or oth­er fam­i­ly mem­bers via text, email, or so­cial me­dia. You can even at­tach re­ceipts or doc­u­ments and ex­port and print any records you might need for FREE with con­tin­ued ac­cess to all of the oth­er ben­e­fits of Ap­p­Close.

Ratings and reviews

Does not alert for notifications from co-parent when not in the app. Video calls are terrible; they freeze and drop the call consistently when my child is trying to see/talk to co-parent. Setting up the calendar(s) could be easier. Constantly has an unread message notification while in the app; but all messages are read.

Been trying to use this app w moderate success. The calendar feature is clunky to use to track custody time, and the phone call feature only works when both phones are using wifi. Unable to share videos that use the default video software on the phone, the file type is unsupported. It's been useful for the chat and images and basic appointments. A few video tutorials online would be extremely helpful.

Sound during video calls only comes through one speaker. Even with that, the volume is really low. It's only on this app that my phone does this. I have to put my ear to the phone almost to hear. Sad when that's your major communication with your kids while waiting on the courts. I cant even use Bluetooth to help because it just goes in and out the whole time, again only on this app. Also, events are doubled in the calendar, creating one as the event request, then another for the event itself.
