I love the service, it's great especially for the price. It adds a great peace of mind when checking my emails and such. However the app keeps sending me notifications at like 4 am. I work a swing shift late in the day this is very much an inconvenience pn my sleep schedule. I have no idea how to stop it except to silence my notifications from the app.

There are a couple features that are okay. One thing was that there was no icon on my phone. And yes, I know how to swipe my screen to look for my apps. The data broker feature really isn't much help so it's a bit misleading. Mine was a list of 105 links to request for myself. Like most people are commenting, you have to pay for features that you're lead to believe are included in your basic membership. No need for a response they're all the same-no owness or empathy.

I get over a hundred spam text messages a day. Now I get a hundred spam text messages a day and pop ups from Norton that I cannot turn off. I have notifications turned off on the phone for this app. I have notifications and alerts turned off in the Norton app and it's still constantly pops up, telling me it's a scam. This has actually made my phone worse and now I can't look at anything without a full screen, pop up covering the game or the website Every two minutes.
