Over the last few years, I purchased quite a few Tees using this app. Earlier they used to charge only 12 or 16 rupees shipping fee, but recently I'm noticing in the billing page that they're charging ₹50 delivery fee and on top of that ₹20 platform fee, making a total of ₹70 extra, which is completely unacceptable. It's time for me to stop buying from Max ... Purchasing from Myntra is a much better option. At least they don't charge ₹70 extra.

worst app for shopping. they are fraud. My money is stuck. The app is showing that the order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it. One order has been showing as “order placed” for the past ten days, and it hasn’t even shown as shipped yet, even though I’ve already made the payment. And one more item was not delivered, but it is showing as delivered on the app.

app works ok but the delivery and return process is very complex and lengthy. I tried to exchange a product, for a different size. I placed the exchange request on the same day of delivery. But the delivery person informed me that the colour shown to him on his device was different to what had been delivered to me. I was asked by their customer service, to return the product and order the desired product again. I do not understand when I have the bill, the tag-bar code why fail to exchange?
