not matter what habit you may be trying to change, or even trying to start, this app breaks it down, providence simple step by step guidance that makes so much sense, i almost can't so no to at least trying one or two of the things i wanted to change... and over the course of a few weeks i gradually actually starting DOING what i sat around and had been "trying" to do for months!!! I KNOW that was a big run on sentence, but if you do what is advised...and you want it....you will understand!!

I have had the app for about a month now, however, I have been distracted since I got it. I eventually got time to have a proper look at it last night and hardly slept because of it. I did not read every article and didn't even ❤ every article I read either. I do have to go back to alot of the articles and focus on one to start working on. It has given me inspiration again. Thank you. On a technical note, I am thankful that the adds are not in your face to a point that it subtracts from the app. With the exception of my own provider's slow connection, I have not experienced any technical issues. PS. This is the first time I have ever done a review on anything, so please bear with me.

I should have listened to the user who said don't download because of it using iPhone wifi... I downloaded the app yesterday and now I have ads on my lock screen that I can't get rid of... I got rid of the app and I can't get rid of these ads! DON'T GET THIS APP! It's a shame because people who rated it well made it look so interesting, which is why I downloaded it to begin with.
