About this app

mySecurity app provides a new channel for Saudi Aramco to access ISO services including ID & Sticker, Visitor Management System and Material Gate Pass System. It also introduces new services such as security observations, announcements and guidelines.

Stopped working, giving me error (unauthorized) Even though my phone is updated. Edit: if you have updated your aramco password you have to enter the new password in the app to work again otherwise if you use the fingerprint or faceID without entering the new password it will show the error (Unauthorized). 4 stars due to the error not explainning what exactly is the problem.

Really bad. To get a sticker you need to have a working password which is a chore by itself especially since it resets every so often. When you are at the gate the security officers ask you for a sticker on the app and if you can't login they ask you to contact IT lol.

Very Bad! It doesn't allow me to enter the app says (Credit Credentials Error). Thus, this make me late for my work cuz I cannot enter the gate without my temporary sticker. Hope the problem will be solved.
