About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child's attendance, behavior & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you're not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child's key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behavior information, including positive & negative behavior points awarded this year
- Manage your child's payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they're working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child's timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Abhorrent app. I'd rate it lower. Wouldn't use it if I wasn't forced to buy the school who changed to it with no consultation with parents. I honestly don't know how it got through what I would hope to be multiple layers of approval there. I honestly can't fathom how this app could exist without significant backhanders. Functionally terrible, confusing interface, have to go through multiple layers (3-4) of multiple choice questions with only one answer option each, I could go on.

Awful app - nothing but login problems especially as I now have children in different schools which both use the app. Can't reset password, can't have password same for both schools, can't use biometrics for both schools. Password manager doesn't work in the app version. Just a headache I could do without at the start of term but obviously have to use it as the schools use it - so Arbor know they don't need to invest in real functionality for the parents - they're on a winner either way 🙄.

Absolutely dismal app, I'd give it zero stars if that was possible. Despite trying to log in with my saved email and password it always says incorrect details yet there's no way for me change my password etc as none of the help links, including forgotten password, actually work. So I've never even been able to actually log on. It shouldn't be that hard to make a functioning app, I have 100s of them on my phone, the developers should be embarrassed to release this app in its current state.
