UPI ID is a unique ID that is used to make UPI payments in place of bank account details. UPI PIN is a 4- or 6-digit number which needs to be set by you while creating your UPI ID. Auto verify OTP keeps failing for Citi bank migrated user like me. Not sure what is the technical issue is, but it's still not fixed for a couple of days. I installed this app after I got email to do so. After launching the app and going to the next screen, it will do auto verification of OTP, and it fails here. I am getting some gibberish messages saying MBACTIVATE with some gibberish content in SMS but nothing happens on auto verification.

UI looks good, but the navigation is cumbersome. When you navigate to the credit card or help section, you can't return to the home screen. The only option is to exit the app and relogin. It feels like multiple apps are stacked on top of each other. After every app update, you have to reverify your device and mobile number. CITIBANK was the best. I regret being forced into this kind of experience.

Moving from Citibank to Axis, I must say the first impression is not good. The app is just too slow and navigation is not intuitive at all. Sometimes the pages refresh on their own. The worst - you can't even exit the app by pressing the back button. You have to go to home screen and close the app from the open applications. Wish I could continue using the Citibank app.
