If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Ratings and reviews

Utterly unreliable. This app fails at the most basic tasks. Most of the time it won't even open, and when it does, it’s a struggle to transfer money. It constantly freezes and shows errors right when I need it most. ADCB support is just as bad—inefficient and useless when you actually face a technical glitch. For a major bank, this level of performance is unacceptable. If you value your time and need to move your money without a headache, look elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience with ADCB. I called your customer service using my registered number, and instead of getting proper assistance, the call dragged on and ended up consuming all my mobile balance — only for the line to be disconnected without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I am being charged AED 15 per month even though this is my salary account, which should not have such fees. This is very frustrating and feels unfair.

The ADCB banking app is one of the worst I’ve used. I would honestly rate it -10 if that were an option. Other banks provide much better and more flexible security features, along with regular updates and improvements. For example, most banks offer multiple authentication options such as SMS OTP, app-based OTP, app approval, personal security PIN, or fingerprint login. These options make transactions easier and more user-friendly.
