If you try to setup a payee for bank transfer, you will not have enough time before it logs you out. Even if you try to do it very quickly. Also, if you enter a wrong swift code and then try to fix it, the Bic code that self populates from the swift will not correct itself or let you edit it. I had to give up and go into the bank to make my transfer.

This is crazy, a banking app being down is so bad. It always says we are unable to carry out your instructions please try again later. I am sorry? even after updating it still shows the same! I cant log in!!! And they also never answered to my other requests online to change my service level. Crazy. Edit: Its been more than 5 hours and its still not fixed. Absolutely unacceptable for a bank!

The application is fundamentally unreliable and poorly engineered. In nearly half of all attempts, it fails to launch, freezes, or displays unexplained error messages. Customer support repeatedly offers the same generic response — that they are “working on updates” — without any visible improvement. As a result, essential banking functions such as credit card access, account transfers, and routine transactions cannot be used consistently. This level of instability is unacceptable for a bank.

Mobile App services have now been restored and the App is available for use. While most services can be accessed, some features continue to be progressively restored. Thank you for your patience.
