Utterly unreliable. This app fails at the most basic tasks. Most of the time it won't even open, and when it does, it’s a struggle to transfer money. It constantly freezes and shows errors right when I need it most. ADCB support is just as bad—inefficient and useless when you actually face a technical glitch. For a major bank, this level of performance is unacceptable. If you value your time and need to move your money without a headache, look elsewhere.

The face recognition feature is now mandatory for all transactions. Unfortunately this doesn't work and it takes several attempts just to make a small transfer to a registered and much used payee, or to pay a bill. My other banking apps have fingerprint which is far easier. As OTPs are now considered unsafe, why not just use fingerprint recognition like other banking apps until the technology to make facial recognition more reliable is available?

Very disappointing experience with ADCB. I called your customer service using my registered number, and instead of getting proper assistance, the call dragged on and ended up consuming all my mobile balance — only for the line to be disconnected without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I am being charged AED 15 per month even though this is my salary account, which should not have such fees. This is very frustrating and feels unfair.
