If you try to setup a payee for bank transfer, you will not have enough time before it logs you out. Even if you try to do it very quickly. Also, if you enter a wrong swift code and then try to fix it, the Bic code that self populates from the swift will not correct itself or let you edit it. I had to give up and go into the bank to make my transfer.

Just an unnecessarily complicated user experience. Have to jump through hoops to download my card statement. Im sure it's somewhere on the App, but if it's not made obvious then why bother. Its the most basic thing. Secondly, the balance summary on the home screen and the actual available balance for credit card is different. Again, WHY WOULD THE APP SHOW DIFFERENT BALANCES? WHY? Please dont respond with standard replies like email xyz with your concerns and bla bla bla. Just make it better

app constantly crashing, why force us download app as they are removing otp via sms, but the app keep crashing and doesn't work. cleared the cache many times, app is updated, lots of bugs.
