Utterly unreliable. This app fails at the most basic tasks. Most of the time it won't even open, and when it does, it’s a struggle to transfer money. It constantly freezes and shows errors right when I need it most. ADCB support is just as bad—inefficient and useless when you actually face a technical glitch. For a major bank, this level of performance is unacceptable. If you value your time and need to move your money without a headache, look elsewhere.

I have logged a ticket for 3 weeks now and has not been resolved! Your app is fully dependent on OTP on SMS for login and registration. OTP by email or whatspp should be reliable options in the case of changing the mobile number, unreachable or even having issues in receiving OTPs. The worse is that even your internet banking having issues, even when OTP by email is available as an option it still does NOT work. Show me any bank in the world that have such issues and not resolve it on spot!

Very disappointing experience with ADCB. I called your customer service using my registered number, and instead of getting proper assistance, the call dragged on and ended up consuming all my mobile balance — only for the line to be disconnected without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I am being charged AED 15 per month even though this is my salary account, which should not have such fees. This is very frustrating and feels unfair.
