With myHealthspot® you can:

- Send and receive secure messages to / from your provider
- View upcoming and past appointments as well as schedule new appointments
- Participate in live telehealth appointments with your providers from anywhere
- Access documents released to your patient portal
- Track and update vitals in your patient record
- View your medications, lab results, and billing information

Ratings and reviews

This app is truly terrible and in it's current state it is unacceptable. For something as important as monitoring appointments, messaging your healthcare team, viewing health records etc, it needs to be able to run without constant bugs. It won't let me login into the app right now and it's the only way I can request refills through my doc office.

During a session the app kept timing out even after I updated the settings. It is impossible to get through an appointment without tapping my phone constantly to keep it open

I see there was a "fix" for users who can't log in. Well, that fix didn't fix it! It is a pretty 2nd rate app to begin with. Now it is un-useable.
