So far so good. The app is easy to use but clicking down bottom options like find transfer, bill payment may not respond most of the time which requires to click multiple times to get responses or you need to click the right spot (that's what she...) Maybe be due to the button is too close to the bottom edge of the screen. Definitely need to redesign those bottom side of the app. Other than that good job.

Poorly made banking app.. Installed & registered, followed all instructions, was asked to create a new password, did so but then was asked to include symbols as well, accidentally pressed back and tried to re-register.. keeps telling that the account is registered already. Tried to Sign in with last inputed password and user ID, but failed, tried a few times.. asked to use forgot/reset password option but this is not available even after trying a few times.. then suddenly account locked, boooo

Starting yesterday I wasn't able to log into my account as the error occured 'unable to process your request'. I can't log into the web as well due to the soft token is using the app. Tried reinstalling, resetting the app and yet does not work. Doesn't allow me to reach to the main page.
