My payment didn't go through and there was not even a notification from this app. I assumed it went through as my other bank notifies me through SMS. Now I cannot even log in any more to this app. Very bad service

The app kept on telling me to update and when I go to the Play store, there's no update at all. Even if I try to reinstall, it's still the same anyway. So how am I supposed to pay my loan on time if this keeps on happening?

I registered already with my number and did an online payment through this app. However, few hours after, I couldn't even login due to 'incorrect phone number and password' so i thought I got the wrong password so I click the forgot my password and type my number but it says that my number isn't registered yet and when I tried to register again, it says my email is already registered. 🤷🏻‍♀️
