Edit 10/22/2024: digital team responded to my email. They updated the app with some fixes on the play store and asked me to contact them if the fix didn't work. It did and I'm thrilled! This app is very useful and I'm so glad it's back to working. Thanks for your hard work! Of note, I contacted the wrong team first. I contacted web support instead of digital team. Probably could have been fixed sooner if I'd contacted the right team first.

Horrible app! I have tried re-installing it dozens of times. Today, I could not view any appointments for all 5 of my pets, and none of them loaded in the app. I've been trying to review and download their records for nearly 30min, but the app appears to load, and it just freezes. I am sick of it. Why have an app that for years doesn't work right, despite whatever updates are performed? Garbage! IF I COULD RATE ZERO stars, that's what this app would get!

Banfield mobile app have become unusable now, as of September 9, 2024. The app opens but unable to click on any botton to login, sign up, or sign in as guest. None of the links work on the login page. As my last resort, I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Still not working. 🙄 What's going on? I'm officially uninstalling the Banfield mobile app.
