Sometimes, the app just randomly has errors, which sucks. It's mostly a decent app with the necessary features to find pets, but I wish there were more flexibility in defining the distance. I also wish there were a way to EXCLUDE out-of-country pets, particularly those in Canada (as I'm in W state, near the border).

The website is barely functional with all the glitches, constantly logs you out, cannot "find" your favorites, does not retain profile information. So I switched to the app, which worked for 1 day. It constantly logged me out but I didn't mind. Now, it just keeps trying to load my profile but never finishes. Whatever the update did. Undo it, please.

Constant errors. Keeps telling me to complete my profile and then gives me an error when I do. When I click on a pet and it says "See how you match" it won't let you finish filling it out and it clears previos items selected. Then there's the issue with the shelters not responding AT ALL. Are they even getting the messages and applications? There was finally a phone number listed for the shelter/foster that was not listed before but still no response. Is this a scam???
