Winn-Dixie mobile app is very comprehensive and easy to use It offers personalized shopping suggestions, sales, digital coupons, and cashback promotions based on my purchase history and preferences. The only thing I don't like is having to log in to it via web page instead of the app (after a week or so after the last use), and it wouldn't save my login credentials. That's the only reason I gave it 4 start, otherwise it deserves 5 stars (especially compared to other retailers' apps).

Why oh why does the search bar not work? Everything else is fine, but I can't use the search bar to actually search for anything I need. The scan icon in the search bar works, the notification bell next to the search bar works, but I could spend all day tapping the bar itself and nothing happens! I use this function to know if what I want is in stock, let alone carried by the store, and it's serious enough that if I can't use it I'll just move on to another stores app that does work.

This app is absolute TRASH!!!! It constantly freezes up, the search feature doesn't work well, if it even works at all. It'll log you out for no reason, to log back in it has to send a code to your phone which can take over 20 minutes. By that time it's easier to just go to the other grocery store across the street and pay an extra dollar just for the convenience. I'll be glad when Aldi takes Winn-Dixie over. At least their app works great. In reply: It is updated, had same issues last year too

We’ve made updates to the app to better promote a seamless and simplified user experience. We made a change to our app that will make aisle location more visible to customers and associates. Today, aisle location is visible on product details and in the shopping list, and the update will also add aisle into the search results.
