I can't create a password - first time using the app. I can't "change" it because my email isn't in their system. It won't let me use my phone # like I do in the store. Options to contact them are terrible. My message ended with"Don't make it hard to spend my money with you!" Sticking with Hannaford for a reason ... great app, good prices!

We thought it couldn't get worse lol we were wrong. Now I can't even pick what time I want to pick up or get delivery... Please just switch the app back to the old app that functioned properly, and things were easily organized and coupons already linked to the item listing, you didn't have to go hunting and scrolling for an hour to find the ONE coupon you need.

Great experience so far! I used to think it was too lazy to shop like this... honestly though? after completing a few orders I have to say that I REALLY like it. it's like cutting the line every time and it not only saves you time but money because you can budget better and not fall into the: "I'm hungry so I want everything" trap.
