The app doesn't function. I received a message that there is a bug that the developers must fix before it will work. this makes the device useless and it will be returned unless this is fixed ASAP.

Hi Tom, so very sorry for this! Thanks for bringing it to our attention. An unauthorized version was released. We're trying to get the developers to reverse the changes. It is Saturday evening here and it is proving difficult to contact the right person. We're working on it though from our end. Hopefully we'll get it sorted asap. Kind regards, L

Good device, terrible app: - it looses connection to the device often during the exercise. this make the app lose track of exercise time. - once the connection is lost, you have to go to blutooth setting, unpair the device to connect again. they know about the issue because they tell you exactly that to work around it.
