just downloaded the app and after i registered and did my KYC , I'm trying to log in again and it has been telling me oops something went wrong up till now so frustrating already can you guys fix up pla

I just downloaded the app and testing it. I have a few observations. 1. When trying to send cryto to a bank account, it does not show the rate at which it is being sent. Red flag 2. I could not find an option to buy cryto with my bank card within the app. 3. There's no way to contact support within the app if I need help urgently.
