Pathetic delivery service they hv. they Say that the order will be delivered in 40 to 45 mins and it takes 90 mins to get delivered after so many instructions, sending location multiple times on WA and even after guiding them over the call multiple times. The most late and most pathetic delivery service I have ever seen. Plus the app does not hv even the most common and the most popular residential areas listed in the area list. Plz improve it.

too many issues in the app while selecting location

Pathetic app, have glitches on their own end. I placed order of 1300 rupees and amount was deducted from my card and no order was confirmed still showing pending. I contacted their support chat and they said your amount will be refunded to you within 7 to 8 days. Still didn't get my money back. And I contacted again and they are not giving any response. Totally fraudulent in returning money. Food panda is far better than this stupid app. Not recommended 👎
