pro: good price on Vasculera pro and con: Automatically send new Rx ahead of running out if you have credit card info stored. con: no tele supervisors available at cust support when YOU call them. THEY have to RETURN your call 24-48 hrs later. Can't necessarily resolve problems that way, as I found out when wrong card was charged for early shipment they "couldn't" stop.

Very poor technology and poor service. I ran out of medication because they canceled the order and didn't even bother to tell me. Apparently this company is more of a middleman than an actual pharmacy, as they told me they had to place the order somewhere else. Shipping takes a very long time. Currently trying to see if my prescription autoships today and when I log in it just shows the prescription. No order status, no button to order, nothing.

up until this order that they are working on I have had no issues at all. I don't know what the issue is now. They asked for the mailing address I gave that to them and now it says the page is not available. Not sure what the issue is but hopefully they can get it resolved soon.
