Great ideas but lacking a little bit still. When tracking food or workouts there is no way to measure metrics unless you type long descriptions. That gets time consuming and drags out the description far too much. For any workout a simple drop down with time would be helpful or even a field just to type in numbers separate from the description would be more helpful in terms of finding right away. For food when I'm eating sometimes I'm just normal. I'm not happy/sad/mad etc... I'm slightly hungry I cook dinner svc that's it. I don't have heightened emotions. Promising app I believe overall.
You can't do the initial assessment on your phone, has to be a home computer. Also it is hard to navigate. I had to have customer service connect me with my dietician, she couldn't get connected with me or message me through the app until this happened. Also doesn't ask for height which is important for an accurate BMI. I would not recommend this app.
Love this app. Helped me get back on track for healthy eating and keeps me connected to my health coach and thus keeps me accountable. Encountered a few problems with app but support is fast to hear and correct.
The easy way to narrow the calf? Introducing the necessary also in order to realize the lean legs!
