A day and a half later I still can't even create a an account and open the app. Talk about frustrating when this was supposed to be one of the prime pieces to the streaming components I bought. To say I'm unimpressed and disappointed would be a huge understatement! Even though I knew my password was correct cuz I tried to use it as one that I consistently use for things like this, I couldn't use the password nor could I reset the password because I never received an email on forgot password.

Won't even let you make an account. Keeps saying it sent an email code when it hasn't. It's a fraud.

It doesn't let me log in been trying for 3 hrs now. I just got it and gave error EC10 not happy with it so far.
