Bit misleading... Lots of train travel options, but when you you actually look into the app, there are limited options for buses! Case in point, just today I booked in my ticket using BusBud for a bus from Leeds Bradford Airport to the train station as part of a 'leg' of a trip... As things stand, I'm going to be needing to utilise three different apps to do this... much rather do it in just one!

I used this app to buy tickets for me and my friend in Morocco. Not only they charge quite steep fees for using their service (the tickets were 12 euros each but with the app we paid around 16 instead) but they also promise that we had right to free luggage, however when we got to the station we were still charged 90DH (around 9 euros) for this, luckily i still had some cash on me otherwise we would have missed the bus... so in total we paid almost double of what the tickets were advertised

they actively have no customer service, just a single bot that's programmed to run you in circles until you give up on trying to get a refund. additionally their in-app option for flexible tickets actively doesn't give you a refund for your tickets and instead also just tries to avoid anything resembling helping out.
