Ratings and reviews

Citymapper has improved a lot recently. Occasionally the algorithm still sends you on a wild goose chase, so I always double check with Google Maps or local transport websites, especially if I have to get somewhere on time. But it's better than it used to be. Almost as good at it was at the beginning. Well done Citymapper team for sorting it out.

I have been using the app for a long time and always loved it. However, the app has changed a lot recently, and the results are not accurate anymore... It has given me the wrong info all, and I have trouble trusting the app anymore... It seems that it is trying to suggest an expensive way rather than give you all the available options... Anyway, I'm quite disappointed that whatever changes made by the company are not good and you will lose all loyalty users soon if there are no improvements...

When it works it's great but I stopped paying for the premium version because there are always so many mistakes with the directions it's laughable. I don't know if it's specific to Manchester but it tells you it's ages until the next bus when it isn't and vice versa or it tells you to get off too early or walk miles to a stop when there's one right nearby. Needs serious work on whatever provides the directions!!
