I finally decided to do the 30 day trial, you know what happened? The quality of my YouTube thumbnail is terrible!!!! I even chose the one with the crown that I couldn't normally choose. The font is squished down, one of the photos is showing up narrow. Please don't tell me to clear the cache or reset the app. Been there and done that!!!! Canva has always been my go to app for my thumbnails. This is absolutely frrustrating and ridiculous, it needs a major fixing!!!!

so I made my one business cards with canva (free version). then I proceeded to pay them to print then for me. (I made a mistake) told them about it 2 days later when I realized. they proceeded to redo the cards for free even though it was (my mistake) then they shipped both sets of business cards. I mean...if that isn't customer service I don't know what is. I will continue to only use them. high quality print as well.

Several suggestions that I've taken the time to send, numerous times, seem to be completely ignored. They're suggestions that would not only help ME, but that would help EVERYONE using Canva. One Example: Alphabetize Font Names and (like other apps) add an option to add Fonts to a "Favorites" list/group. Overall, Canva is great, but it could be even better than it is now!!
