Ratings and reviews

Started out fine, appealing because they offer the convenience of being able to exchange crypto & swap for cash into a checking account quick/easy. Great. But you can only chat with customer service through the app. Why don't you have a number in the app? Turns out it's easier for them to dodge angry customers when you can't acess their financial services that have been down for days-services that people depend on for their livelihood. Customers suck it up & deal with it, but easier for them.

Well it took them months or weeks to set up my account (I'm not sure which, I had long since given up), not two days as claimed. But now that I just realized they finally set up my account I'm totally in awe. I mean wow, everything looks amazing, even the graphics in the new app are beautiful and striking. If after using it for a while I end up disappointed, I'll lower my rating, but for now they get 5 stars. The wait was worth it. And I usually would never say that.

The app is nice however, I really don't like the fact that you don't get spending notifications. Also, the Cash App transfer has a delay where as with other bank cards (Monzo, Current, etc) it's an instant transfer. I want to use Juno however, the lack of spending notifications is a huge deal breaker. Monzo even notifies me when a company has done an "Active card check" which is nice. I'll stick with them for now.
