Ratings and reviews

Great when it works. However, be careful and always keep your keys. The jade has to be reset constantly and the app (both desktop and phone) don't always communicate. Especially when you have to update the firmware. The Bluetooth and the USB won't work and you'll have to reset everything, reinstall & use your keys. You need to be experienced, more than average, to use the jade and Green safely. I don't think it's safe to keep your BTC long term in cold storage with the jade and the apps.

Can't connect to a Nano X, despite claiming support. It detects it, spins for a few minutes and then eventually the app closes. I really wanted to use Green because I don't trust Ledger closed source own app. But if Green doesn't support third party wallets please don't provide the feature.

It seems there’s an issue with the PIN login for watch-only wallets. I’ve tried every PIN I can think of. Although I was locked out of my phone, I used the same PIN to unlock it successfully, yet the wallet still doesn’t unlock. I decided to remove the watch-only wallet and re-add it. However, when prompted for the PIN, it still didn’t work, even though it’s the same PIN I use to unlock my phone.
