CaptainVet Messenger is an instant messenger that allows veterinarians to easily start conversations with pet owners to:
- to give them news of an animal in hospital,
- share photos or videos with owners about the health of their pet,
- to ensure post-operative monitoring easily and simply check the correct healing of an animal,
- to be able to easily share product recommendations,
- to qualify an appointment in order to ensure optimal care for the pet according to the establishment's schedule and availability.

CaptainVet makes it possible to simplify the exchange of information around an appointment in a clinic or in a veterinary practice, by reducing the time spent on the telephone, whether for the owner or veterinarians.
