I bought an evil eye pendant a couple of days ago. The experience was overall good. They were honest with all the pros and cons of the product. Falguni, the lady sales manager, at the Saket mall branch was very supportive. The only thing I didn't get clarity about was the offers, discounts, etc. Had I known that on Akhil Tritya day the discount would be 20%, I would have visited on that day. Alas! Nobody told me that.

Not talking about app. I bought a all gold 14 carat ear studs. That costs me 10600 rs for gold and they charged making charge 6200 rs. This is 58% making charge. (Total16800) I checked the bill after coming back home. 58% making charge is unacceptable for casting jewellery.
