This is by far the worst online shopping app I have ever used. I placed an order on 20th May and spent weeks following up through updates and multiple phone calls. Instead of resolving the issue, the company cancelled my order on 4th June without my consent. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no genuine effort to help customers. Every follow-up feels like a wastage

my order supposed to deliver yesterday and did not come, I haven't received at least call from cartlow agent delivery department. I even check on application to check the status date delivery the next day, its not even updated. I used to order from cartlow previously but this time is total disappointment 😥😔
