Not good paid with card and shopped one item on 12 July still saying with courier service that's what they replied since 3 days . If I had done cod it would have been way earlier but I have done card payment and now it's pending n I cannot even cancel my order. Previously I had good experiences with cartlow when I did cod but not now and costumer service agent cannot even understand my simple English after choosing English option 😡

App is still OK. But Cartlow has worst service. I recommend DONT BUY ANYTHING or if at all you want buy then dont pay bycard card. I placed my order made payment and now I dont have any tracking since 8 -9 days. Nobody reply on phone number it is always busy. Sent several reminder on email (nearly 6 times) no reply at all. the worst part is I have Order confirmation(#OR3203832 )but it does not show on my account. So I can not even cancel this order. DONT BUY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cartlow. I placed an order on June 2, 2024, received it on June 8, and promptly requested a return. Despite the return being picked up on June 18, there has been no update in their system as of Jult 1st. I emailed their customer service but have yet to receive a response. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I hope Cartlow takes steps to improve their service.
