This is by far the worst online shopping app I have ever used. I placed an order on 20th May and spent weeks following up through updates and multiple phone calls. Instead of resolving the issue, the company cancelled my order on 4th June without my consent. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no proper communication, no accountability, and no genuine effort to help customers. Every follow-up feels like a wastage

offers great prices and product availability; however, the checkout process frequently times out and does not complete the payment. Since this is essentially your source of income, it’s a major issue that needs to be fixed. Additionally, the search engine is poor—you have to know the exact keywords to find what you’re looking for. Implementing an AI or smarter search system would greatly improve navigation lastly product desciption and options are misleading. if those were fixed this would be 5⭐

As a UI dev, this is a well made app the functions work mostly as intended and the UI looks genuinely good. One thing it could use is dark mode, that would make this a 5 star app
