This is one of my worst experiences buying online. I ordered the specific item shown in their post, but they delivered a different model — and it was used, not even in the correct box. The return and refund process is even worse. It’s taking too long, almost half a month already, and even the pickup/delivery service is terrible. I no longer recommend dealing with them.

Absolutely terrible service! I highly advise never ordering from this app. They have no proper delivery schedule at all, and the funniest part is—they only seem to work on business days 🤣🤣 Has anyone else faced this kind of shopping experience? Most products arrive defective, and returning them is a nightmare. Honestly, the whole process is just frustrating and disappointing.
