This is one of my worst experiences buying online. I ordered the specific item shown in their post, but they delivered a different model — and it was used, not even in the correct box. The return and refund process is even worse. It’s taking too long, almost half a month already, and even the pickup/delivery service is terrible. I no longer recommend dealing with them.

I received a poor-quality device, and when I returned it, the process was extremely frustrating. The item was received by Cartlow, yet my return stayed pending for days, with no clear decision. Every day a new customer service agent asked the same questions, and there was no real progress. After a long delay, my return was suddenly declined by the seller, which was confusing and unacceptable since the item was already inspected. Eventually, I received my refund, but a large amount was deducted,

Advertise instant delivery but orders take days. Support gives the same copy-paste apologies with no real solution. Charged high rates and extra fees for digital items that weren’t delivered on time. Completely unreliable. Avoid if your purchase is time-sensitive. same repeated again March 1st 2026.
