CeX, please fire whoever is in charge of designing this worthless app. You used to have a great app, easy and quick to use but this one is abysmal. It has been like this for months. Slow, buggy. But after recent updates it is literally unusable. When trying to search stock in a specific store it can freeze for 2 minutes sometimes. No exaggeration. Why fix what wasn't broke and update into this useless, laggy mess?! Doesn't deserve 1 star.

really would not recommend buying anything from this company, they offer an amazing 5 year warranty but in less than 8 months of a product will not honor it due to them not recognizing their own receipt. A mistake on their part get pushed onto the customer. Even when bought through the app! They make you feel like a criminal would not recommend! Avoid at all costs because they will only look after themselves!

The app has proper bugged out. Previously, prices were showing incorrectly. For example, if an item in your wishlist said 'X' on price, you'd click on it and it would show 'Y' on price. That appears to have been fixed. But now my wishlist has been jumbled and messed up, and CeX has readded items I long ago removed. What a mess. Reply to CeX response: They haven't fixed the issue, it's jumbled up again, removed items from my wishlist on its own, and re-added items I long since removed.
