Ratings and reviews

The app is very slow. UI needs to be more standard & convenient. As a MGBL credit card holder, I find some of the features are not working properly. Whenever I go for 'Card Service Request', it ends up with an error: The Email Field is Required!! Image upload option in this service does not work. Please, come back with a rapid fix.

I sent money via bKash, it was deducted but not received. Even after 7 days, customer service hasn’t resolved it. Their banking service is also so poor that even after reporting the issue, they are still just “looking into it.” This has been a very bad experience. They blame the app and suggest using the web version instead. If that’s the case, then why did they even develop an app like this in the first place? They have no proper answer to that. It’s so ridiculous.

Very bad service. I was trying to log in since 6 months . But I can't log in. Please fix it. Apps development person No one read our coment. They are only sleeping.
