Getting worse to log in every day. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now. Have activated fingerprint, doesn't work, keeps asking for password, I enter password, just keeps rotating the white circle and then asks to enter password again, and still can't log in. Going to change credit card companies, I've had enough! Update 29th Oct : Thanks for your response, have loaded the update, seems to be working better now.

Too many glitches! Why can't I access my inbox via the app, needing to log in to your website and go through multiple credentials again. Your customer support agents replying to messages are extremely dense, needing multiple correspondence to make understand. And why wont your system wont allow me to use an apostrophe when writing a message.

Trying to login to my estatement but it won't log you in even when you change your password. It's a very confusing app to navigate around. I still can't work out how to do it and I don't want to phone because I can't understand the service centre due to the Indian accents. I spend most of the time asking what did you say. Terrible!
