I really like the helpful, non-judgmental information and encouragement. Other apps assume you have a serious problem and need to quit (many references to the damage you've caused in your life). This app acknowledges that you might just be cutting back to be healthier (which is why I'm cutting back). In taking a mindful approach, it really helped me to figure out what my actual drinking habits were, and cutting back became easy.

Fantastic app! Great interface and quite a few features. Wasn't looking to go fully sober but wanted help managing my relationship with alcohol. I assumed I would delete the app before the end of the free trial ($50/yr after) but I'm going to keep it because I will save way more than that in alcohol if it continues to be so helpful.

Great app! I feel like this is the best deal of all the Sobriety apps. Good info, and easy to use to track progress.
