NotaryLog is a digital notary journal app for U.S. notaries, mobile notaries, and notary signing agents who want a fast, searchable record of each notarial act. Replace a paper notary book with encrypted local records, signer signatures, optional thumbprint photos, GPS tags, PDF journal export, and CSV fee export.
Built for notary recordkeeping
Use NotaryLog as a notary log, electronic notary journal, mobile notary journal, or signing agent journal for everyday notarial act records. It is designed for notary public work in the field, at a signing table, or inside a bank, title company, law firm, or office.
Fast notarial act entry
Create a journal entry in seconds on one focused screen:
- Signer name and details
- ID type and ID notes
- Document type
- Notarial act details
- Fee and payment method
- Signature capture with finger or stylus
- Optional thumbprint photo
- Notes for your own records
Signature, thumbprint, and GPS records
Capture a signer signature directly on your Android phone or tablet. Add an optional thumbprint photo when you choose. For mobile notary work and loan signing appointments, NotaryLog can add an automatic GPS tag so you have a location record with the entry. GPS can be turned off anytime.
Search your notary records
A paper notary journal can be slow to review. NotaryLog makes your notary records searchable. Look up past entries by signer name, document type, notes, date range, active entries, or voided entries. Find the record you need without flipping through a notary book.
Export your notary journal
Export a date-range PDF journal for your records. The PDF journal is arranged chronologically and can include signatures and thumbprint photos. Export fee history as CSV for bookkeeping, tax records, or 1099 prep.
Private local storage
NotaryLog stores journal entries locally with AES encryption. Signer details stay on your device. Open the app with a PIN and biometric lock, and use a recovery code if you forget your PIN. Entry contents are not read; only anonymous usage and crash diagnostics are used to improve stability.
