I have 80 credits for personal training. I'm not able to schedule any sessions because no matter how many days ahead I'm trying to book, I get "Whoops, not able to schedule null day(s) in advance". Seriously? What's the point of the so if I can't schedule? When I tried to email customer service I got an error message that feedback could not be sent at this time, please try again later. Absolutely worst app I've ever installed for any purpose. I never take time to write reviews, i was compelled.

This app is inconsistent. So far I have not had had trouble scheduling open training sessions, but it doesn't always show full classes to be added to the waiting list. Which leads me to believe there might be open classes that are not appearing on the schedule.

I have had nothing but trouble with this app since I got it. I have never been able to book any classes because it says I have no credits and I am on unlimited. My trainer deleted me and told me to try getting the app again and now it's completely blank. Again I am having trouble with this app. Trying to book a class and it tells me I have no credits even though I show 17 credits and I am on unlimited.
