Our studio brings together movement, music, and community in an inviting space designed to support how you move and how you feel.
Choose from three class styles:
//SPIN – music-driven indoor cycling
//FLOW – yoga, hot yoga, and hot mat Pilates
//IGNITE – strength-focused conditioning
At CTRL//, we believe you are always in Control of your life and you can Shift as many times as you need. We also offer infrared sauna sessions, smoothies, and a cozy tap-and-pay coffee lounge to help you recharge before or after class.
