The new version of the app is structured as a learning tool, NOT a reference guide. It's not straightforward to find the information for specific scenarios, except choking, unresponsive/needing CPR, and life-threatening bleeding. You have to go into the lessons section for less serious injuries requiring first aid, like burns or fractures. Maybe for liability reasons? I'll keep it on my phone for reference but I am disappointed, the app is now much less useful/convenient

So very very convoluted. They got too fancy trying to create a learning platform rather than an easy to access reference. I do not need to be stepped through one slide at a time. There is no quick reference to just search & view issues. They baby step you through a convoluted flow to get any information. Waste of time even when not in a hurry. Create a seperate app instead not this. Cluttered app, trying to be and do too much. Off to DL a more straight forward app.

There are basic spelling and grammar errors. In some cases, a sentence is not finished. There's a case where a treatment is mentioned before you are taught that treatment. I attended a first aid class where a paramedic advised the use of this app. I mentioned that it has errors & become more convoluted because of updates. He showed me his phone - he had the old, clearer app. The new app has some good info that is not communicated well. It needs serious revision for basic English & concision.
