I like the idea. I like to collect cards and I fly relatively often, so perfect app. But the execution... I can honestly say I have not seen such unresponsive and unintuitive app for years. Every tap is 20-40secs of waiting. Usually waiting for an error. It took me half an hour and a couple force quits after soft locks to add two flights and collect 4 cards. One flight was added twice, despite the app telling me it was not added at all. Shame.

Sign up does work, however, after receiving the confirmation email and clicking the link, it does not lead to the app. Just to the Uptrip homescreen. So never passed step 1 out of 4. It's been like this for weeks now. Uninstalling the app...

Can't even log in. Really bad UX, get stuck in an endless login loop where is asks me for my 2FA authentication code but when I go back to the app to enter it, it reverts to login main screen again so I need to start over. When finskor managing to enter the code (by starting the process with copying the code and then initiating login sequence) it simply reloads to the main mobile site suggesting I download the mobile app 🤦
