Pay your bill, report a power outage, and receive outage-related notifications through this fast, user-friendly app.

This app is designed to provide an additional convenience for you, our member-owner, and serve as another way in which you can be connected to your electric cooperative. It builds on existing resources such as our website (www.svec.coop) and our social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter. During extreme weather or emergency situations, this app also offers another way to contact us and monitor the area’s outage map.

Remember, you are more than a customer of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. You are a member-owner. App desperately needs refinement. Will not allow me to sign in to Bill Pay with established account credentials that I can readily use on desktop site. It is also excruciatingly slow to load the outage map, which really isn't all that useful as I've never had it provide a reasonably accurate restoration time. I heartily second the need to add a reasonable User ID retrieval and password reset option.

I cant sign in to pay my bill. I cant even launch the app. I just keep getting an "unable to connect" alert. For all the money they make they could put a fraction of it into a better app.

unable to connect issues. apparently, this has been ongoing for weeks, maybe over a month. during actual outages this has been difficult at best to navigate and report outages.
